We’re looking forward to see you at our Rehabbed House/BBQ Tuesday, August 29, 5:30-8pm (No I did not forget to include the address because it’s a project under construction. The Investor does not want to see any materials or tools grow legs or to have someone hurt on the partially completed “killer deal”;-) I’ll send the Peabody, MA street address to our email list and place it on the web Monday afternoon then we’ll see you Tuesday at 5:30pm.
This was a "Hidden Market" (off market) House which we found with Tony Youngs Hidden Market Seminar and 3 Day BootCamp back in April 2017. The Investor attended the Bootcamp, stepped up to Make an offer, find funding, closed the purchase and monitor the Construction/Updating/Rehabbing. It's now close to being ready For Sale on the Retail/MLS market. She'll give us all the Details Tuesday about her FIRST Big Deal!
