Lebanon has been making news for a decade, ever since the Lowe's Distribution Center came to town. Savvy real estate investors then and now have turned their attention to this hot market, known as Lebanon, Corvallis and Albany Oregon. Since then the market has been growing and few have noticed it. So... hint: Oregon REIA says "Get in while the getting is good".
