At this meeting we'll have lists of vacant houses available now from the most important towns! Additional lists coming in daily from the 100+ South Jersey municipalities.

"Tear Down" building lots coming!
Pennsauken Township representative Tracey Howarth, Township of Pennsauken, Vacant and Abandoned Property will be returning with a list of "tear down" properties. These are condemned, in-town properties for investors to purchase, demolish and rebuild a new home on. Find out about this new program (we just found out about it!)
Banks rehabbing their inventory!!
Banks are looking for state licensed and insured contractors to rehab their inventory.
When: Second Monday of the month, 6-9 pm
Cost: This meeting is FREE for SJREIA members.

- Analyze techniques to make sure the deal is a good one.
- What to do with the deal once you’ve gotten it.
