The next meeting of the San Jose Real Estate Investing Club will be September 27th, 2017. Our guest speaker will be Bay Area flipper/developer, Juan Diaz.

About the Meeting: Whether you are a seasoned veteran or new investor, you will learn some new tricks and insights at this meeting with Juan Diaz. Juan will share knowledge he has gained from his 12 years as a real estate investor. He will discuss how he got started, what to do/not do, how he finds and funds his deals, handles contractors, etc.
About the Speaker: Juan Diaz is a full time house flipper and developer in the Bay Area focusing on Oakland/East Bay. He grew up in the same Oakland neighborhoods that he has been developing and improving as a real estate investor. Juan has been an entrepreneur since he was a kid when he was selling gum out of his backpack. He dropped out of high school and ran a carpet cleaning business, then a car restoration business. He has been a real estate investor for the past 12 years and has bought and sold over 400 properties.
