Each home will have one designated SJREIA member responsible for presenting how they would analyze this home including:

• Describing their process for evaluating this home
• Discussing specific areas of concern about the property
• Leading group discussion, answering questions
• 1:00 pm arrive back at pick-up location
• 1:00 - 2:00 pm lunch, group discussion, networking SJREIA members and visitors -- this is a great educational and learning opportunity!!
