Spend between about 45 minutes walking through and discussing the home
Each home will have one designated SJREIA member responsible for presenting how they would analyze this home including:
- Describing their process for evaluating this home
- Discussing specific areas of concern about the property
- Leading group discussion, answering questions
- 1:00 pm arrive back at pick-up location
- 1:00 - 2:00 pm lunch, group discussion, networking SJREIA members and visitors -- this is a great educational and learning opportunity!!
