John will be discussing HOW Properties growth and successes in Property Management, Multi Family and Mixed-Use Developments, as well as Flips.

HOW Properties is a homegrown, locally-owned and operated Philadelphia real estate development firm controlling all aspects of the Real Estate life cycle under one roof: Acquisitions, Development, Construction, RE Brokerage, Mortgage Brokerage, Property Management, Flip, High end remodeling, and emergency restoration.

John Pack - Director of Property Operations - John joined the team in 2010. John oversees all aspects of the residential/commercial portfolio ensuring all short term and long term financial goals are met through creative development of acquired buildings and lots in the greater Philadelphia Area. At John's start with HOW Properties they had a portfolio of roughly 40 units and valued at just under $10,000,000. Today, just 7 short years later, HOW Properties currently owns/controls over 600 units and a portfolio valued at over $120,000,000 with another 200+ units under contract or construction slated for 2018 and 2019 completions.
