I hope you are enjoying this wonderful cold weather. A long overdue THANK YOU to our last guest speaker in October, Powerhouse attorney Mandeep Kaur. She did a great job teaching us on the due diligence process. Websites we went over:

Also a great big thank you to our very own group member Yahaira Vargas with her presentation on AirBNB. A new segment that we started is having 1 member tell us about a deal that they have done. Reply to us and let us know if you'd like to be our next presenter. About 15 minutes, and it does not matter whether you are new or experienced. This is something that will help with your presentation skills when you are looking for funding.
Our next meetup will be on Business Planning and Setting Goals for 2018. We would need at least 20 reservations and will be capping this off to 40 people due to limited seating. If you want to ROCK 2018 you MUST plan and set goals. This will be your 1st step to doing so, and if we have members who have already set goals and have plans we will encourage you to talk about it.
