Happy Fall Everyone!! This month's meeting is going to be held at our very own Kim Burke's home. This is a recent single-family home she has purchased and has dedicated it to the Airbnb platform for tenants.
With the environment changing around short-term rentals in both Minneapolis and St Paul, this is great timing to get your questions answered. She'll talk about the acquisition costs, income, expenses, and the pros & cons of running an Airbnb in South Minneapolis.

We are a network of young real estate investors who meet once a month at different real estate projects all over the Twin Cities to share knowledge about anything real estate related.
