President & Co-Owner of Alpha Funding Solutions the Region's largest Hard Money Lender. Alpha Funding Solutions provides time-sensitive capital in the form of debt, equity and joint ventures to builders, developers and rehabbers throughout the Northeast for new construction, commercial bridge and fix and flip projects. Under his leadership, the company has built out and scaled a comprehensive origination, underwriting, and servicing system focused on providing best in-class service. David is also responsible for raising and managing the company’s capital needs through Alpha’s proprietary investor program which allows high net-worth individuals, insurance companies, and hedge funds to lend side by side with Alpha. To date, the company has deployed over $300M returning profits north of $25M to it's investor partners. In addition, his company manages their own portfolio consisting of 62 doors and has completed over 75 rehabs and new construction project ranging from residential homes to condo projects and apartment buildings.
Also a managing member of Lucern Capital Partners which is a fully integrated real estate investment firm focused on acquiring core-plus and value-add real estate investments in the multi-family market throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Under his leadership the company has over 200 units owned and under management with another 100 set to close before year-end. The core investment philosophy is institutionally influenced and centered around preservation and growth of wealth for our company and our investors.
