Branding and Profile w/ Martin Saenz
Martin Saenz lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and four children. He formed a very successful Museum Exhibit company in 2006 that provided services to the Federal Government, which he sold in 2013.
He and his wife have been investing in residential & commercial buy and hold Real Estate since 2009 and investing in Mortgage Notes in 2013. Today he is the managing member of 2nd Chance Funding, LLC, a note investment company that holds a nationwide portfolio of mortgage and business notes. In addition, he still self-manages his residential & commercial property portfolio which is held in the Washington DC area.
Martin holds an MBA from Drexel University and an M.S. in Project Management from George Washington University.
