The holiday season is upon us, and to celebrate the spirit of generosity we’ve got an amazing and heartwarming meeting planned for you this December!

As many of you know, ICOR lost a great friend, investor, and mentor.  John Fisher’s incredible passion for real estate and his willingness to mentor and guide others touched many in the ICOR community. We are thrilled to pay homage to his legacy by hosting the second annual ICOR Investor Auction! Many of our best investors from The Denver ICOR chapter have come together to donate their time to raise money for two local charities, Swallow Hill Music and The IASLC Foundation.

Here’s the deal- you’ll have the opportunity to win an exclusive four hours with a seasoned investor from your community. Together you can analyze a deal, build a business plan, or play golf! It’s up to you… We just ask you come prepared to bid in memory of a great friend.

  • Swallow Hill Music - The very generous donations in 2015 and 2016 from John’s Legacy in John's memory made a significant impact! With these funds, Swallow Hill was able to create a new assembly program, “Colorado History Through Song” and purchase instruments, equipment and other materials for the new program for the instructor to take from school to school. The funds also supported Swallow Hill’s weekly drop-in music lessons at Brent's Place, a home for immuno-compromised patients and their families.
  • The IASLC Foundation supports the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) headquartered at University of Colorado Medical Center, to provide fellowships to researchers worldwide and to aid their work in finding new ways to conquer lung cancer and other thoracic malignancies. All John’s Legacy funds go towards Academic Fellowships and Young Investigator’s awards to allow for the study of all aspects of lung cancer prevention.
  • 100% of the donations will be split between these 501c3 organizations.

In addition to the expert panel auction, we will host a silent auction to raise supplemental funds. Auction items are too numerous to list, but you will want to arrive early to check out some of the outstanding items you will want for yourself or as a gift for the holiday season!

We’ll also honor the Rising Tide Awards inductees! Unlike other REIAs, we’re excited to honor some of our key investors in the Colorado Real Estate Investing community. Show support for your peers by welcoming our 2017 inductees.
