Hey there Washington State BP community! I'm a mortgage broker for On Q Financial that serves the greater Seattle area, my team and I will be co hosting an Investor Fix & Flip 101 class in Bellevue. I will be teaching different lending aspects of real estate investing whether that's house hacking or flipping properties. My team and I will be educating on the subjects of loan options, for example, hard money non owner occupied vs. owner occupied conventional and/or FHA first time home buying plus so much more.
