SJREIA Atlantic County Subgroup Meeting
Topic: “If It Ain’t Writ, It Ain’t Thunk: How to Prepare for YOUR Next Step in Real Estate Investing”
Presenter: Marc Halpern,PartTimeInvestors.com
Presentation Summary: This lecture will focus on documenting IN DETAIL your financial starting point and then defining your specific measurable financial goals. This is essential to serve as a basis for deciding what type(s) of property to buy that meet certain financial criteria. These criteria must be customized for YOUR personal situation (no one else’s!) and include income and/or equity to be achieved in a defined time frame, how much resources it will require (money, time and skills), how much management it will require, exit strategy and more. The detailed written financial starting point will create the added benefit of helping you compose your loan applications.
If you don’t have a WRITTEN strategic plan for YOUR financial life, you don't really know what kind of deals YOU need to look for. This lecture will teach you how to figure out YOUR criteria for looking for deals that are customized for YOUR personal situation.
BRING PAPER, PEN or DIGITAL DEVICE FOR NOTE-TAKING! A must for this meeting!!
