Come join us for our second meetup.  This group will focus on bringing together local house hackers, flippers, buy and hold investors and apartment investors so we can share knowledge and help each other grow. There will be no pitching of service, although each event will feature a speaker who can add value to our audience. The group will be meeting at Paisans Pizzeria and Bar, which features a full menu and bar.

This month we will be having real estate attorney Anthony Panzicka talk to use about the short sale and foreclosure process. Attorney Panzicka specialized in short sales during the recession and is very familiar with the process.

7:00-7:30 p.m.- Educational Presentation

7:30-9:00 p.m.- Networking!
