Hello Norfolk investors!
We will be meeting at the usual time and place, Coaster Coffee at 10:00 am in Ocean View on February 3rd. Please go to the meeting room off to the left of the counter. Coffee is provided, but if you prefer fancy coffee, order at the front.
This week we are going to talk about how to work with a Real Estate Agent the right way, presented by yours truly. Patrick Siksay will be back to discuss some of the lending programs out there and how to get started with project funding. I hope to give you all some time to brag about your current projects and time to network with each other.
