Welcome to the Santa Cruz County Real Estate Investors Meetup!
This meetup is for anyone and everyone interested in Real Estate Investing. Our goal is to put link-minded people together, network with peers, and learn from each other’s shared experiences without all the gimmicks and sales pitches common in other venues.
Santa Cruz County is one of the most beautiful spots in the world and one of the most unique Real Estate markets in the United States – with that comes quite a few distinctive challenges that are best overcome with shared experience and collaborative efforts.
This meetup is meant to educate, inform, encourage, and enable Investors of all experience levels to acquire the knowledge they need to become successful in the Real Estate ventures they choose.

During our last Meetup we discussed all sorts of topics ranging from the County of Santa Cruz Permit and Development Process, Syndicating Deals, Out of State Investing, and historical and potential future interest rates.
We had members come that were just beginning their real estate career to those that have been investing for 25+ years! We are very excited for our next Meetup happening this Thursday, March 8th where we will be hosting a guest speaker (speaker still TBD) and networking event afterwards.
