Hi BP Community!
My business partner Karen Marrello & I would like to invite you to the first Investors Quarterly meeting on March 22nd at the Lucky Lab Public House on Capital Hwy 6:30pm -9:30pm. We will be discussing a great program called the Fix & Flip program which allows builders and investors use a line of credit to build or buy investment properties. We will also have a property manager guest speaking, Matt Williams with Bison Properties. Matt will be discussing What are the risks associated with different types of properties, at what point do you "upgrade" to another property, what are the market conditions like now and much more! There will be food provided as well, a wide variety of pizza's.
About the speakers:
Karen Marrello:
Karen has been in lending for 17 years and there is nowhere else she would rather be. Karen loves taking great care of our clients and offering customer service that is rare. Her goal is to communicate frequently and clearly with our clients and business partners, to be available for any questions that arise in the process, and to close on time. She is also a real estate investor herself, which allows her to offer personal successes as well as opportunities for her clients to learn from her experiences.
Matt Williams:
Matt is a licensed Real Estate Principal Broker in Oregon and Designated Broker in Washington. Licensed since 2001 and offering 3rd party management for his clients over the years has given him a knowledge base and depth of understanding unique to the industry. He is also an investor himself and accomplished speaker with several industry designations. Don't miss your opportunity to hear some industry insight and investor tips!
