George specializes in residential sales, vacation rental sales, & short term rentals in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan market. He currently works for Dwellings Realty, and is very passionate about adding value. He previously managed a diverse commercial portfolio of over 3 million square feet of retail, office, medical & industrial buildings with the pure focus of keeping his buildings leased up, and creating as much value for my clients as possible.
He also owns & manage vacation rentals throughout the East Valley where he his seeing much higher returns.
George will be going over some of his recent success stories and sharing some of the things he looks for and how he selects above average properties.
