Join us for our weekly Northern Colorado Real Estate Investor Group class.
This class goes over what you need to know after buying your second Nomad property. We will also discuss what happens when you stop moving in and start buying 20% down properties instead with a slightly different twist than the Second Nomad class. In addition, we will go over tenant turn-over (moving a tenant out).
