Well, in today's market, this is far from the truth. There are a lot of moving parts to flipping houses and there is a lot to consider to do it successfully. Liz Faircloth and Andresa Guidelli will discuss strategies to flip houses in today's market and how to scale this business by forming solid partnerships.
