Cost: The $30 entry fee may be paid at the door.

Payment: Payment may be paid in advance or at the door. We gladly accept Cash and Credit Cards at the door. No checks please. We have annual passes available for those who want to skip the line.

Parking: Loft 84 does not have designated parking but they are surrounded by parking lots. The lot directly across the street is free after 5:00 PM. The self parking garage on 10th and Lemon is free after 5:00 PM. There is also plenty of parking on the street. All street parking is free after 5PM.

Bring your business cards and flyers for the back table! Don't be a "secret-agent" -- we all want to know who you are and what you do!

6:00 PM - 6:45 PM

Open networking (Darci Kistler Room) - Be sure to come early and bring lots of cards. Everyone who shows up early is here to network. We'll have The Taco Man and refreshments available during open networking. A no host bar will also be open the entire evening.

6:45 PM - 7:00 PM

Citrus Ballroom opens from seating

7:00 PM - 7:15 PM

Opening Remarks (Citrus Ballroom) - We'll go over the agenda for the evening and cover any housekeeping items.

7:15 PM - 7:35 PM

Todd's Problems (Citrus Ballroom) - Todd talks about a few of the real estate problems he has had to deal with in the last month as well as the solutions.

7:35 PM - 7:50 PM

Haves and Wants (Citrus Ballroom) - Need money? Looking for a deal? Have money? Have a deal? What ever it is, we'll give you the mic and you can tell the room. We want to make deals happen at our club.

7:50 PM - 8:00 PM

Intermission (Citrus Ballroom) - We'll take a 10 minute networking break to setup for the interview

8:00 PM - 9:15 PM

Q&A with guest speaker (Citrus Ballroom) - Every month we strive to find someone that's actively working in the real estate investment industry. You wont find professional sales people with expensive courses at our event.

9:15 PM - 9:20 PM

Closing Remarks (Citrus Ballroom) - It's really just a long goodbye.

9:20 PM - 11:00 PM

Late night with IEREIC (Darci Kistler Room) - After every event we break down the equipment and head back to the Darci Kistler Room for late night networking and story telling. Join us. We'll have The Taco Man, refreshments, and a no host bar open the rest of the evening. This is where the relationships are truly built.
