**Due to the popularity of this meet up topic, we decided to host an encore meet up a week after the previous one on April 25th. • What we'll do
This month we are super excited to have Margaret Smith, Director of Operations at Pickett Street Properties, share how she has house hacked TWO different properties in order to get her housing paid for by her tenants. House hacking is a life hack where you buy either a single family house or a multi-unit property, owner occupy for a year, and rent out the other units or bedrooms and get your housing expenses completely paid for.
Margaret has house hacked two duplexes, and has an interesting spin on the traditional house hack by using FHA 203k loans to fully renovate these duplexes with minimal down prior to move in. She has completely renovated both duplexes, and will be sharing everything you will need to know to do this yourself.
This meet up is perfect for anyone looking to reduce their housing expenses (or live completely rent/mortgage free), build wealth, get paid to do it, and "hack" your personal financial destiny.
