Laura E. Fox, Esquire

Ms. Fox began her career in title insurance thirty-five years ago as an agent while in private practice. For the last thirty years, however, she has practiced at Lawyers Title, now Fidelity National Title Insurance as underwriting counsel and formerly claims counsel, for Pennsylvania. A graduate with distinction from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, she went on to earn her J.D. at Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle. She has been an active member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association’s Executive Committee, representing Fidelity National Title and as a member of the Title Issues Committee and as Chair of the Legislative and Judicial Committee for many years. She is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Philadelphia Bar Association, where she formerly served as Chair of the Real Property Section Executive Committee. She continues to lecture for the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on many occasions.

Todd D. Rowe, Esquire

Mr. Rowe is Vice President and Underwriting Counsel for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company where he provides legal and underwriting guidance to independent title insurance agents helping to facilitate the close of real estate transactions. Prior to becoming an underwriter, he was the manager of a regional claims department for another national title insurer. Prior to joining the underwriter side, Todd owned and managed a title and settlement agency that operated in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Todd is an active member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association where he serves as chair of the Title Issues & Records Committee. Todd is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and the United States Supreme Court.
