As an owner of rental property, do you know what to do if your property has a fire? What if it is hit by a tornado or flood? Will your tenants thank you for excellent planning and quick action or will you end up being ridiculed on the evening news and the target of multiple lawsuits? If you own rental property for any length of time, you know it is not a questions of “if” you will experience a disaster. It is a question of “when”. From a very young age she watched her Grandfather run a successful disaster restoration business and then her Father with his own. Audrey White started working at her Father's company in 1993 and has gained experience in virtually every phase of the business. She worked up the ranks finding her true passion, eventually becoming the Vice President of Marketing and built the company up to four locations. In July 2017, Audrey started at Belfor Property Restoration as an Account Executive. As a working single mother of three, Audrey is an expert at multi-tasking. It is a well-known fact in the industry: if anyone needs something they can call Audrey day or night and she will see the matter is handled.
Pat Riney
Former Fire Marshall from West Bloomfield.
This event is being organized by a local group of independent rental owners. We believe that by networking and sharing information we can create better housing for our tenants, work more effectively with industry vendors, and generate stronger returns for ourselves and our investors. We would like to thank Belfor for hosting the event and managing many of the logistics.
