The next Boston Real Estate Guild Meetup is Wednesday, July 25th! We have a great agenda lined up for this month's meeting. Don’t miss this months speakers and the networking that takes place before and after the event. Highlight and Schedule are below. I look forward to seeing everyone there.
Meeting Highlights:
- Justin Silverio from Open Letter Marketing will discuss his background and share his experience on finding off market deals va direct mail campaigns. In the market were currently in this can help anyone looking for buy & holds, flips and wholesaling.
- Max Taylor and Garrett Hogan from OnPoint Capital will be sharing how they are able to purchase large multifamily apartment buildings by raising capital and syndicating their real estate deals.
- Max Taylor and Garrett Hogan started OnPoint Capital as a development company focused on buying distressed and deteriorated housing stock within some of Boston’s most promising neighborhoods and transforming them into condos and rental properties. Drawing from their experience acquiring, managing and underwriting complex re-development projects, they have have recently expanded their focus to acquiring and re-positioning multifamily apartment communities.
