These loans are designed for both purchase and rehab all bundled into the same loan package. Yes you read it correctly.....3-5% down to fund both purchase and rehab ! After the meeting they will be available to discuss your project and their financing options. This is a great opportunity to meet other investors and eliminate one of the excuses that has prevented you from taking action !
