WiscoREIA's Green Bay Meeting Always Meets on the 1st Thursday of the Month at The Woods Golf Course from 6:00pm - 9:00pm!
6:00 - 7:00pm will be a time for our attendees to talk with our sponsors and check in. Our meeting will promptly begin at 7:00pm!

Speaker: Andrew Horan
Andrew Horan started in the title industry in 1987 as a courier for a Madison area title company. In 1991 he became the manager of a Milwaukee based title company and in 1993 began his own title company in the Fox River Valley. In 1999 he sold his company to a national title insurance company and spent the next ten years successfully managing it. He earned several top honors including "Manager of the Year". Andrew has come full circle by restarting his own company, "Closing and Title Services, LLC". In 2017 he became the First American's fourth largest agency in the entire State of Wisconsin by volume of business.
For the real estate professional (investor, real estate agent, mortgage lender, attorney, builder) Andrew understands the most basic equation in real estate. Happy sellers, buyers and borrowers lead to future referral business. Our job as a closing and title company is to aid in providing a smooth transaction to all parties involved to create the best environment possible to foster future business for our professional partners. That is why Closing and Title Services, LLC provides technically excellent knowledge and service with a staff with a combined 310 years of title insurance experience in addition to the champagne, ice cream, food, video kiosks, etc.
