Hello again Laura!  I saw your question again about investment recommendation.  In this economy I would recommend Fix and Flip houses, Quick Flip houses, and Apartment Complexes.  I like apartments because of the cap rate.  I think trying to add value to apartment complexes will provide more return for the dollars spent.
