This month we will be joined by Paul Agostinelli for the meeting to discuss commercial properties. This could be mixed use, retail, apartments, office, warehouse, UPMC building, whatever. Paul runs the Pittsburgh REIA Commercial Subgroup so he will be the one leading the round-table with all of your questions. As usual we will have a group there with varied experience to bounce ideas off of as well.
With this being the South Hills subgroup feel free to bring any questions you have specific to our market and everyone can chime in! If you've ever wanted to break into commercial or if it is your long term goal this is the meeting to go to.
