- On Thursday, 10/4/18, at 7:30pm we will have a meetup.
- Location is the Wolfe residence, at 6645 N California Ave, #103, Chicago, IL 60645.
- We will be having a guest presenter all the way from Oak Brook! Drumroll....Meet Daryl Winters! He works for a real estate company that operates in the greater Chicago area called Networth Realty. They specialize in purchasing off market, distressed real estate. He's going to go ahead through the the process of what they do in brief, and explain why working with them can be a good idea. Networth Realty is best classified as a 'Wholesale Brokerage Firm', and he will tell us how and why.
- Member Attendee, Gagan Dang, is a Real Estate Investor himself, and a Realtor, and requested that we raise the topic of Lead Generation and Team Building at this meetup. We will put that in the agenda for a bit after Daryl from Networth's presentation.
