Hello again fellow BiggerPockets members from and around the greatest city in the world, New York! I'm pleased to announce our next Meetup in Manhattan will be taking place on Thursday October 18 at 6pm, so put it in your calendar! The book now has 60 5 Star reviews on Amazon so you know it's delivering a ton of value!  I've fondly referred to Matt as "Mr. September" as he's blessed us with his presence in the past during that month.  With our venue change we had to shift to October however I'm sure he'll be on fire like he always is for the BP community at large.  Many of you know Matt and what a treasure of information he is, with all the webinars that he's hosted for BP.   Now you get a chance to hear from him in person, no holds barred!  You know, this guy:

PLEASE NOTE, the event will be taking place at The Roosevelt Hotel, located at 45 E. 45th Street in Manhattan, in the Sutton Suite. We'll start at 6pm and go to 8:30pm. Yes it's unfortunate we won't be back at WeWork for this event. We'll see what happens in the future. It was great to work with them and hopefully we can do it again soon.
