Peter McNeil - Owner at Comprehensive Financial Solutions & Tax
Peter McNeil has had over 40 years of tax preparation and tax planning experience. He is the current owner of Comprehensive Financial Solutions and Tax. Mr. McNeil has a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting from Northeastern University and MBA from Pepperdine University. Previously worked as a tax research specialist for Commerce Clearing House from 1980 to 2000. Currently runs a tax and financial planning firm, Comprehensive Financial Solutions and Tax. Holds stock brokers licenses, Series 7 and 66. Holds a life and health insurance license. Was committee chair for the LAX South Bay discussion group from 2002 through 2017. Mr. McNeil has been a regular speaker at CPA discussion groups on multiple tax related topics
Keith Hall - Partner KBS Capital Advisors
Mr. Hall along with Peter McMillan are co-founders of Pacific Oak Capital. Mr. Hall is also a co-founder of Newport Beach based KBS Capital Advisor and Willowbrook Capital Group, LLC, an asset management company located in Los Angeles. Prior to forming Willowbrook Capital, Mr. Hall was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston where he managed distribution strategy and business development for the Principal Transaction Group’s real estate securities portfolio. In this capacity, Mr. Hall’s two primary business unit responsibilities were mezzanine lending and commercial real estate development. Prior to joining CS First Boston in 1996, Mr. Hall served as a Director in the Real Estate Products Group at Nomura Securities. He was responsible for the company’s distribution and trading of fixed-income commercial mortgage-backed securities. Mr. Hall spent the 1980s as a Senior Vice President in the High-Yield department of Drexel Burnham Lambert’s Beverly Hills office where he was responsible for the distribution and trading of the group’s high-yield real estate securities.
Catherine Holmes - Chair, Investment Capital Law Group

Catherine DeBono Holmes is the chair of JMBM’s Investment Capital Law Group, and she has practiced law at JMBM for over 35 years. She has also worked as a senior member of the JMBM Global Hospitality Group and JMBM Chinese Investment Group. Within the Investment Capital Law Group, she helps real estate developers and business owners, brokers, investment advisers and investment managers raise and manage investment capital from U.S. and non-U.S. investors. In the last ten years, she has represented over 100 real estate developers obtain financing through the EB-5 immigrant investor visa program for the development of hotels, multi-family and mixed use developments throughout the U.S. She also advises real estate developers on Qualified Opportunity Zone investments. She has also represented private investment fund managers, registered securities broker-dealers and investment advisers on securities offerings, business transactions and regulatory compliance issues.
