Hi everyone!! This month's meetup is coming up! We will be meeting at Jason Gooch's house on James Creek Rd in Southern Pines. It's his first flip and he will be doing a short talk on how he found, analyzed, funded, and renovated his very first flip. 6:30 is meetup time and he will give a presentation at 6:45. As always super casual, Pizza and drinks will be there along with a donation jar.
