Jeff earned his MBA from Ohio University at the age of 21 and purchased his first property that same year. He has held or currently holds real estate licenses in California, Massachusetts, Florida, and Georgia. As a Superhost with over 250 (and growing) very highly rated Airbnb transactions, his experience has given him a valuable body of knowledge that he shares with ease, perspective, and humor.

Elizabeth knows firsthand the excitement (and anxiety) of beginning a short-term rental business. She started her own recently and happily shares what she's learned with clients interested in beginning their own STR business.

For over 20 years she worked for tech-related companies including Software Development, Internet, and eCommerce. Following, she transitioned to world-wide ad agencies enjoying technology in creative environments. As a Project Manager and Digital Producer, she produced Interactive projects for clients such as Lexus, Ritz-Carlton, Coke, Microsoft and Hyundai.

Being ready for a change, she continued Consulting, traveling around the world, cooking and pondering her next move, Real Estate Investing. In recent years, Elizabeth submerged herself in the study and practice of Real Estate Investing with an emphasis in Short Term Rentals.

Currently Elizabeth is an Airbnb Super Host, a HomeAway (VRBO) Premier Partner and a Consultant to anyone interested in starting an STR business.. She was selected by Airbnb Community Leaders as one of the Super Hosts to speak as an advocate on behalf of Airbnb with various Council Members and before the Mayor.

Elizabeth holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, enjoys spending time with loved ones, living at the beach, live bands, and being in the moment when dreams come true. She’s an explorer and life-long learner and enjoys helping people by sharing what she’s learned in life and business to help them navigate their journey.
