How do you look at real estate deals for investment?
We are going to take you through two completely different deals and show you how you can run the numbers, look at options, be creative with financing, and find exit strategies.
We created this meetup as a way to share value with others and learn from each other's experiences in Real Estate investing.

Arrival Notes:
Make sure you check in via the guest registration tablet at the front desk, bring a photo ID and please check in at the tablet as a guest of "Meetup Event."
WeWork at the Gas Company Tower requires a key card to access the elevators after 6:00 PM. There will be a co-organizer who will be helping you access the elevator to get into the WeWork.

7:00 pm: Main Topic = How to analyze real estate investing deals.
7:45 pm-ish: Have's & Want's = We open the mic for any of our members to share information on something that could be of interest to the group. Alternatively, maybe you're looking for a mentor or JV. Now is your chance to share.
8:00 pm: While the Meetup may be officially concluded, there is plenty in the area for you to continue the conversations with others you may have. 😊
