This is going to be an awesome star-studded panel where any questions are fair game.

Marcin began his real estate career as a flipper in 2012 and expanded into buy and hold rentals shortly after that. In 2017, Marcin’s business, Marpol Enterprises, began to incorporate larger projects including home additions and new construction. In his day job, Marcin works in the investment banking industry in the municipal finance sector. He is married to his wife of 6 years and has a baby boy. His hobbies include playing guitar, woodworking and DIY renovations.

Dalwin’s real estate investing career began in October 2015 when his then girlfriend, now wife, bought their first investment property. From there they’ve grown their portfolio from 1 property to now 7 with a total of 14 units. During that time they’ve partnered with other people which has allowed them to grow from 2 to 14 units in just a matter of 3.5 years. They are primarily Buy and Hold Investors, but are interested in getting into flips in the near future. All of their properties are in the city of Passaic. They plan on going full time real soon! Dalwin received his Bachelors in Economics from SUNY Purchase in 2011 and in 2015 he obtained his MBA in Finance from Long Island University. He is originally from the Bronx and has lived there for the majority of my life. He bounced around Queens and Upper Manhattan after his college years, but now lives in Lyndhurst, NJ where he and his wife currently live. Dalwin is a die-hard Yankee fan, loves being active (has been doing Cross Fit for 7 months), loves his family, and feels that you can take the kid out of the Bronx, but you can’t take the Bronx out of the kid!
