Budget Friendly Way to Buy Real Estate (Bond for Deed Training)

In a day and age where getting funding and finding deals can be hard, what if you had a strategy to help you with both of those? 

On his website Rick Regan shares, "A Bond for Deed is a contract to sell real estate property, in which the purchase price is to be paid by the buyer to the seller in installments. After the total amount is paid, the buyer receives the title from the seller. Whenever a real estate transaction involves financing, a Bond for Deed should be considered as an alternative method of financing."

With a long family history of being experienced with Bond for Deeds, even to the point of his father writing the legislation on it, Rick Regan is well versed on the topic. For our April main meet up, he will be training us on the power of using a Bond for Deed to buy real estate.
