Have you been wondering how much more you can make with vacation rentals vs traditional rentals and what's involved? Experienced vacation rental owner and manager, Carrie Copenhaver, will share her experience purchasing and managing her local short term rentals. She will also review the current state and city codes that govern short term rentals in Hampton Roads.
This event is being held by the Hampton Roads Landlord Assoc, which is an all volunteer run club focused on landlord education. It's free to join, but our meetings are held in venues that provide us with free space in exchange for attendees purchasing food. This event will be held in a catering venue and an amazing all inclusive lunch, including tax and tip, will be provided for $20/person.
