HAMPTON ROADS LANDLORD ASSOC LUNCH & LEARN
Join us on for our May Landlord Lunch & Learn where we will be joined by a City of Norfolk Code Specialist, James Littlepage. Inspector Littlepage works both as a Codes Enforcement Specialist, and also serves as the inspector for the Rent Ready Norfolk program. Inspector Littlepage will share preventive maintenance tips that all homeowners should follow to avoid the high costs of deferred maintenance. If you have specific questions you would like addressed, feel free to add them to the comments section of this event and we will make sure those questions get to Inspector Littlepage so he can be prepared to answer them.
The Hampton Roads Landlord Assoc is an all volunteer club that has no dues. To keep costs low, we use venues that give us free space in exchange for attendees buying food. This event will be catered in a banquet hall and the cost of $20 will cover your food, drink, tip and tax.
