We are a community of Real Estate Investors, Business Leaders, Active Duty/Retired Military, Business Owners, Working Class, Contractors, etc. who are committed to investing in Real Estate here in Hawaii, Southern California and other US mainland locations. We are a REI community that focuses on Personal Development, Serving the Community/Homeowners, and Real Estate Investing (in that order). We collaborate on Hawaii specific REI techniques, deals, lead generation, funding, resources, lessons learned, etc. Our typical meeting agenda includes:
- Networking and Introductions (what is your why?)
- Main Topic (i.e. Lead Generation, Acquisition Techniques, etc.)
- REI Clinic (current deals, challenges, analysis, show stoppers, lessons learned)
- Personal Development
- Volunteer Service Projects (Its not all about the money -- Its about giving back too)
