In this presentation, Angela, who invests in fix and flip properties and has analyzed hundreds of deals, will share the steps on how to calculate the MAO or Maximum Allowable Offer for a fix and flip property. She will walk you through the components of the MAO like calculating your profit and adding holding, closing and rehab costs and how to put the offer together. You will take with you a MAO template that you can put to use the very next day and start making offers!
