Disclaimer: BiggerPockets does not support or sponsor any meetups unless otherwise noted. Do your due diligence before attending any events. You may be agreeing to attend an event that includes promotion, pitching, or high-pressure sales tactics or techniques. There may be pitching of products, services or properties at this event!

Please join us on Saturday, September 28, 2019, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, at the Olympic Collection for our “Annual Los Angeles Real Estate Grand Expo.” The theme of this year’s Grand Expo will be “How to Invest in a Shifting Market.” Our Grand Expo will be presented by the Los Angeles Real Estate Investors Club, together with Sam’s Real Estate Club, and Realty 411.

An entire day celebrating real estate investing and you can be involved. There will be twelve national guest speakers (in breakout sessions) and a Vendor Expo area (the size of basketball court!). Best of all, this Grand Expo will be FREE to attend and parking will also be FREE. We have reserved the largest ballroom on the third floor of the Olympic Collection. This Expo is going to be big, very BIG!

We’ll be announcing our special guest speakers separately as we get closer to the Grand Expo. But in the interim, here’s a partial list of scheduled speakers:

1. Alton Jones (fix and flip houses)
2. Brad Sumrok (multi-residential buildings)
3. Leonard Rosen ((Pitbull Conference creator)
4. Randy Hughes (using Land Trusts)
5. Christina Meza (investing in raw land)
6. Holly Lynn (How to get started in real estate)
8. Hector Padilla (Closing multi-million dollar deals)
9. Rusty Tweed (1031 exchanges)
10. Dutch Mendenhall (tax auctions)
11. Marco Santarelli (Invest in the Best Markets)
12. Charles Sells (How to Invest in Tax Liens)
13. Bill Tan (100 Creative Ways to Finance Your Deals)
14. Desiree Doubrox (Homwork)
15. And much, MUCH more!

An in-depth all-day educational extravaganza celebrating real estate investing. More importantly, this will NOT be a sales pitch. Each of the speakers have contractually agreed to educate and teach us how to become successful real estate investors. Regardless of whether you are a new investor, already own several properties, or are very experienced, our Grand Expo is for you!

VENDOR EXPO
: Don't miss our "Vendor Expo," which will occur throughout the day. We'll have over 50 real estate professionals who you can "meet and greet" along with individuals and companies that you'll want to utilize in your real estate investing.

COMPLIMENTARY PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS
. As a special super-duper unique feature of this year’s Grand Expo, you can sign-up for a private one-hour consultation with your favorite guest speakers on Saturday. Registration will occur Saturday morning, starting promptly at 8:30 am. First come – first serve. So come early and schedule your private consultations. Once in a lifetime opportunity to get free advice from national real estate experts!
