Aaron Foster will be our featured speaker for the August 21st Meetup group. Aaron was (and still is) in a very similar position as most real estate investors. He was (still is) working a full-time job but wanted all the benefits of real estate investing. He is going to go in depth on how he got started investing in real estate, what he currently focuses on and how he manages his real estate portfolio while working a full time job.

- Flipping Houses
- Buying cash flow properties (in different markets)
- Short term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO etc.)
- Tax lien investing

Aaron will go into details on how he finds deals, gets money for them, works with contractors and thinks outside the box to creatively structure his deals.

Aaron is a full OPEN BOOK so make sure you come with all your questions as chances are he has been involved in a similar scenario that you are currently in.
