This month we will have Denis Koelsch as our speaker.

About Dennis: Denis Koelsch was born in Minneapolis, MN., and moved to Florida when he was seven years old. Growing up with both of his parents attending in their own small brokerage agency that deals with real estate, he followed their lead.

He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1971 and continued on establishing his own career in real estate through listing and selling realty. He also served as President of the St. Petersburg Board of Realtors, and President of the Florida Real Estate Exchangors.

Denis began investing in single-family homes and other real estate in the mid-'70s, and earned his last commission in 1985, concentrating on property ownership and long term investing. He has been a successful real estate investor in the Pinellas county area for over forty-five years.

At every meeting, we have a highly qualified speaker presenting on a different topic. Our speakers never hold back and do not finish with a pitch for another overhyped seminar/coaching program.
