As business owners and investors one of our most important roles is to set goals that will drive business success. In this presentation, Geri A. Gregor, CPA will address best practices and KPI’s for business owners to help them obtain financial success in their business.

Geri has extensive experience as a business consultant in areas such as business advisory services, forensic and litigation support, risk management and accounting services. Her consulting experience includes contract monitorship, interim CFO, best practices, internal control compliance, accounting services and DBE/WMBE compliance. She has served many industries including Construction, Engineering, Not for Profit, Healthcare and Manufacturing.

She has been featured in many publications and is an Adjunct Professor at the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University and has taught "Construction Financial Management & Accounting 101” at NYC Small Business Services is currently part of the Mentor Program for the School Construction Authority.

Geri is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); current board member and treasurer (2018) of the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA); current board member and Treasurer (2015-2018) of the ACE Mentor Program (ACE); board member and Treasurer of the Professional Women in Construction (PWC); board member and Audit Committee member of the Educational Assistance Corporation (EAC) and life time member and 100th year Gala Co-Chairperson for the Girl Scouts of Nassau County.
