Hi folks, I started my real estate journey in 2015. In 2016 I told my story on BP podcast episode 167. Today our company owns over 110 doors and has done over $1.5M in rehab. We hope to have an informative meetup to teach people the ins and out of buying and rehabbing property.

Our first topic will be on a seldom talked about topic. How to maximize your rehab budget when remodeling a unit. We'll look at some of our project before and afters and discuss pricing and design decisions when planning your remodel. All guests who attend will get a cheat sheet that allows you to enter in some simple data on your property and determine a budget estimate.

Imelda stopped us last time, but we're back baby! Waiting til after Halloween to get this one going.

This was an awesome meetup and it was great to meet everyone though I feel there are many I missed due to arriving late because of the traffic on 45 coming up from Galveston.   If I can help anyone - just reach out to me on anything. :)   Thanks again Kevin, the calculator, presentation & everything was so informative and I really learned a lot.
