I had the opportunity to meet Gabriel in person at the BiggerPockets Conference in Nashville. We'll start off the event with great networking for the first 45 minutes, then we'll share a market update in northern NJ.  And don't forget about @Nicholas Aiola, who's back from his honeymoon (Congrats, Nick!) and he'll be sharing some tax planning information for you to utilize with your real estate investing, including some great tips covering what Gabe is speaking about, the tax advantages of seller financing!

We'll also hear from Rob Larson from East Coast Capital regarding lending products & where the rates are (and possibly going to).
