This month features a presentation from Levi Logstrom:

Levi Logstrom works in Business Development for the nation's
leading vacation rental management company, Vacasa. Vacasa provides
full-service management for short term rentals (i.e. Airbnb's, etc) and
allows homeowners to capitalize on the revenues that can be gained by
renting on a short term basis without having to do all of the work
that's typically required.

Levi runs Business Development for the entirety of NY State currently, but
has particular knowledge about markets on Long Island as a resident
himself. If you have considered investing in vacation rentals or short
term rentals, Levi will be able to deliver a wealth of information to
help you decide where to invest and how to invest. He will discuss the
main aspects of Vacasa's service and review some tools that can help
investors make better data-driven decisions. For any brokers, he will
discuss the Expert Agent Program, which can become a lucrative
partnership with Vacasa and provide extra value to an agent's investor
clients.
