What is a Property Krawl you ask? It's when you get together and view several properties. Why do we do this?My friend Jeremy and I wanted to find a way to be help our fellow Real Estate Investors transition from a student and becoming a practitioner. Experience first hand walking through properties with other like minded Investors. Sharing ideas and experiances. Getting access to properties and beginning to understand some of the process first hand. I am a licensed REALTOR and have been investing in real estate since 1999. Another thing we address is repairs. Most of the time what your looking at may require various repair that maybe your not conformable with or have any idea of cost and or time. Jeremy is a Licensed Builder. He has been Investing in Real Estate since 2007 and most of that time he has done it full time. We will add other professionals and continue to add value to the group. We plan on meeting at least once a month on a Saturday morning for breakfast at 8am. We will try to at least have 4 properties to view. Some of these will be single family and multi units. We will also try to get properties that are not listed on the MLS. We are doing this in Kalamazoo MI. Join us as we evaluate properties and discuss rehab cost and real estate strategies.
