Then the market crashed and they had to find a new way to use their real estate expertise. They turned to real estate investing and have not looked back. Over time they have implemented and honed strategies that have allowed them to close well over 400 transactions including pre-foreclosures, short sales, wholesales, probates and many other times of deals.
Over the past few years, they started sharing their knowledge with other investors and now they run a top national coaching program and a hard money lending company with over 2 million to lend to their coaching students all while being co-owners of their local REIA and continuing to flip houses.
